CEQ, Consorzio Extravergine di Qualità certification, defines and guarantees the parameters of a high quality extra virgin oil, while ensuring its characteristics are maintained throughout its entire shelf-life.

CEQ Certification
Through sample checks on finished products on the market, the Consorzio Extravergine di Qualità (CEQ) protects and guarantees the distinctive properties of quality extra virgin olive oil. Failure to meet CEQ standards, verified by means of physical-chemical analysis in International Olive Council approved laboratories, determines product recall. Specifications ensure the organoleptic and nutraceutical characteristics of products are maintained for their entire shelf-life; this decision is an opportunity for defining shared objectives and procedures with large-scale retail.
